Toyota Highlander: Affordable Three-Row Crossover For The Family

Available in San Diego at Toyota San Diego

When you’re on the market for an affordable crossover, you’ll rarely find one as family-friendly and capable as the 2012 Toyota Highlander. It’s that good. First and foremost, the 2012 Toyota Highlander is a thing of beauty, equipped with a V-6 engine that performs on par with, if not better than, similar model crossovers from other automobile brand manufacturers. Toyota is an internationally-acclaimed maker of quality cars and automobiles, and its latest iteration to the Highlander line is no different. The model feels and drives like brand new even after testing a model with 65 miles on it.

Family vehicles are mostly of the three-row variety, but there are a few things about the 2012 Toyota Highlander that truly sets it apart. For instance, a long drive from Wisconsin to Chicago is never the least bit uncomfortable thanks to the superb quality and form of the driver’s seat.

The second row is geared with plenty of support as well, and can be slid forwards and backwards if necessary to provide room for the third row. All seats offer exceptional thigh support for maximum comfort while on the road.

For added security, a backup camera comes built-in with the 2012 Toyota Highlander SE. For the earlier model, the same is offered as part of a Tech Package which is optional to suit the budget. On top of the dashboard is a small screen that displays various trip information which, when driving in reverse, double as a rearview hub from a camera attached to the back of the vehicle.

All these neat features are available on the 2012 Toyota Highlander at an affordable market price. You can’t much better value anywhere else.
